	I think you are correct.  I forgot we do that.  But running
savelogs and restarting Apache a zillion times simultaneously has some
disadvantages.  It would be nice if savelogs could be set to use the
SuexecUserGroup setting or something to automatically change log
ownership.  Scott had made some comments a while back about upgrading
savelogs, but...
