[cpx] DA and EU quotas - Still an issue?

Apologies if I'm reviving this old post unnecessarily, but I did a 
search for "quota" in my mail archives and have not seen any new 
developments regarding this issue.

I am playing with CPX fairly heavily for the first time in a long 
while on a newly-ordered server, and I don't see that quota limits 
for End Users affect the Domain Admin's quota.

Is this still an open bug?
