[cpx] Domain list shows 0 e-mail addresses for all domains

	I installed CPX on an existing server, and it seems to be
working OK with one exception - the Domain List always shows all domains
with "0" e-mail addresses.  The EMail Addresses page shows them
correctly and "Display EMail Addresses for <domain>" correctly shows all
the addresses for the selected domain and "_ of _ used".  But the domain
list and the Properties of the domain shows "0".

	My other clue is that when editing a domain the Mail Catchall
always shows "Reject mail - do not accept" even if the domain has a
catchall set up in virtusertable.  When creating a new user (with email
address) via CPX it also does not show up in the count under the Domain
List.

	It's almost as if the EMail Addresses module is reading
virtusertable properly but the Domain module isn't?

	I even tried renaming cpx.conf and let CPX regenerate it, to no
avail. (yes, it resets all users to the server domain, but I fixed that;
no change).

Any hints?
