i  will surely not go as far as 98%, i think this is lower than that by
a fair margin :)

. In all case i think  the restart_apache is a good idea, as well as in
the perl script that restart apache on the cpx too. The don't do that
part is true but as basic users have to edit it to add  serveralias so
we open the hole where, by murphy's law, all will fall ;-)

  And too bad apachectl configtest do not catch this (and it should as
apache itself on some versions had issues handling windows EOL
particulary on log directives). Perhaps now apache handle it cleanly.
