This will definitely void the warranty, since this involves actual
template changes. Editing existing "strings" is (read: will be)
completely supported. We *may* make provisions for including
additional text in certain locations, but these will be fairly
restricted (*if* we do it at all).

We can never support direct template changes, since this is where the
application flow is controlled. However, you'll see as you become
familiar with the design that almost anything can be done in the style
sheet and strings (including changing the layout and look of the
control panel).

Changing "system emails", those that come from the ordering/billing
system, are currently outside the scope of CPX. We'd like to have some
integration at some point in the future (and there is effort toward
that), but that likely won't occur soon.

I'd like to defer discussion (unless you have suggestions) about this
until we're ready to release this (we need some months still).
