	I think in reading this that there is confusion over the term
"user".  James appears to be referencing his clients (domain admins) as
users, which is probably a common thing for us dealers to call them. 
End users (peons :) don't need to edit e-mail addresses, just the domain
admins.  The issue James is raising is that probably 99% of the world
doesn't understand what a user is vs. a mailbox/virtmap vs. an e-mail
address.  I would suggest that a VPS administrator would be expected to
know these things, but not our clients' employees.
