[cpx] cpx not restarting apache after adding a domain admin?

Hello CPX Group,

This is on a MPSv3, freebsd.

When I add a domain admin to the server, when I get to the last step
and hit save... apache dies. I have to shell in and type:
restart_apache

It does it "anytime" cpx tries to restart apache. If I edit a domain,
add some additional domain aliases, or change the log frequency, if
apache has to restart, it dies.

In the error log watching it with tail -f :

At the moment I edit a domain (to change the log rotation) and click
ok, it says...

[Mon Apr 13 21:09:58 2009] [notice] Graceful restart requested, doing restart
[Mon Apr 13 21:09:58 2009] [notice] seg fault or similar nasty error
detected in the parent process

Then "nothing"... apache is dead.

I then issue the command restart_apache:

[Mon Apr 13 21:10:13 2009] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper:
/usr/local/apache2/bin/suexec)
[Mon Apr 13 21:10:14 2009] [notice] Apache/2.2.11 (Unix)
FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.8 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.11
OpenSSL/0.9.7m mod_apreq2-20051231/2.6.0 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.7
configured -- resuming normal operations

If I use the "manage services" and issue a restart of httpd it works
just fine and says:

[Mon Apr 13 21:12:56 2009] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Mon Apr 13 21:12:56 2009] [notice] seg fault or similar nasty error
detected in the parent process
[Mon Apr 13 21:12:57 2009] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper:
/usr/local/apache2/bin/suexec)
[Mon Apr 13 21:12:58 2009] [notice] Apache/2.2.11 (Unix)
FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.8 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.11
OpenSSL/0.9.7m mod_apreq2-20051231/2.6.0 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.7
configured -- resuming normal operations

Is this a known problem? It is only doing it on a new MPSv3 and a
VPSv3 I recently purchased since March 27th.

My older VPSv3 freebsd servers and other V3 Linux servers have no
problem whatsoever.

While watching the error logs... don't know if this is related I am
seeing these being generated at a VERY constant rate...
