RE: [cpx] Mail System Administrator

Matt,

Yes, if I'm correctly understanding what customers are asking for, a
mail system administrator would be different than a domain
administrator. We're trying to understand the difference between those
two roles and the privileges each type of administrator would have. Any
insight you or others could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

P.S. Regarding the ability to adjust MX/TTL settings, we're just
validating what customers are asking for at this point. I can't promise
that we'll be able to provide that functionality yet. I'll take your
response as validation that this would be useful. :)

At 12:19 PM -0400 7/25/07, Scott Flinders said something about:

solution!

Are you saying this would be different from the domain admin - i.e.
they can't control web sites, just the mail? If that's the case, this
isn't a big priority for me - anyone who has admin access would be
controlling the entire domain.

Now, you also implied they could adjust the MX/TTL settings - that would
be INCREDIBLE, esp. since even resellers can't adjust the TTL ourselves,
we have to write to support....
