Re: [cpx] Did CPX change regarding webmail and email address counts?

Hi:

Not a good thing! We have been rolling out cpx on recent V2s and so far this is the first time we've noticed a serious weirdness. The smaller vhosted accounts seem to like it because it gives them a little bit of control over their email and users without being intimidating. But mainly it gets us out of the "I just hired a new user - I forgot my password - I'm over my quota" loop. Hope this was just an aberration.

CPX has had an issue where mailbox privileges were removed for all users.
This has happened to domain admins with ability to add users and without. It
has not happened for more than a month, so I assume that the updates
resolved this. It may not be related to your issue.

Hi:

We had a small customer accounts where the "domain_admin" is the only user
and "domain_admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" maps directly to "domain_admin" mailbox. We had setup the account profile so that "domain_admin" can add 0
users and 0 email addresses. This has worked fine until this morning when
the account reported that his Web Mail inbox had disappeared.

Sure enough the account could get mail via his Windows email client but when
logging into cpx his inbox was gone. Changing the profile to allow him to
add 0 users and one email address corrected the problem and his inbox
re-appeared.

I can only assume that a recent cpx update changed the rules to require at
least one address. Can anyone confirm that or are we chasing ghosts?
