Running fine (I have not restarted the server)

crecom /home/hemingray# /usr/local/etc/rc.d/vsapd.sh status
vsapd is running as pid 34485.

crecom /home/hemingray# ps -ax | grep vsapd
29826  ??  Ss     0:03.30 /usr/local/bin/perl -w /usr/local/sbin/vsapd
34485  ??  Is     0:00.04 /usr/local/bin/perl -w /usr/local/sbin/vsapd
35108  ??  Is     0:03.06 /usr/local/bin/perl -w /usr/local/sbin/vsapd
crecom /home/hemingray#

why three? Isn't one enough?
