[cpx] Changing Domain Admins?

I would like to change the domain admin for a domain. I have not tried 
anything, because I was potentially afraid of the outcome ;-)

There are two cases... if the user already exists, or if you are willing to 
add a new user.

Can you add a new domain admin so the domain has two of them, and then 
delete the first one?

Or, can you take an existing end user and promote him to a domain admin? 
And then possibly delete the first domain admin...

In my case, I can do it either way (add a domain admin, or use an existing 
user). But have not tried...
