When you install CPX - clamav and spamassassin are installed, regardless if your users are using them or not. Removing clamav from a user will not remove clamav from the server - it only edits the users procmail recipe settings.

i think it will be good to separate the settings that change procmail and the others.

For exemple if you run spamassassin from a milter (to filter forwarded mail too) then you would like to use cpx spamassassin setting to setup the required score or the whitelist but then it will be lovely to be able to have a separate right for the procmail part (ie spamassassin internal and spamassassin procmail setting instead of just "spamassassin" in the admin setup). This way you just enable spamassassin's internal and do not give procmail access so only the relevant settings are shown to the user.
