	Dreamweaver works "perfectly"...even indicates to the user they
are in /www/htdocs.  My FTP program (BPFTP) sees the successful
connection and then shows /www/domain.tld is the current directory. 
OTOH perhaps that is the "correct" result since the "cd htdocs" does
succeed per the 250 message above....and then it "knows" to check the
pwd to allow for server-side links like we're discussing.
