RE: [cpx] Feature Request

Mike,

I'm not sure if this will meet your needs, but with the next version of
CPX, we are planning to decouple the new and improved webmail client
from CPX so users who just want to check their mail can go straight to
the webmail client (something like www.domain.com/webmail) without
having to log in to CPX first.

There will still be a menu item in CPX for the webmail client for
somebody who happens to be in CPX and wants to check his/her mail, but
there will be this other alternative as well.

As far as supporting a single-sign-on standard, we don't have that on
our roadmap, but I will add it to the list of enhancement requests and
consider it for the future.

I hope this helps.

Subject: [cpx] Feature Request

Hello,

Our clients have come up with a feature request for CPX. Currently they

log into their website using their username and password, they then need

to log-in to ControlPanel for their email. Our clients are wondering if

OpenID (http://openid.net) or OAuth (http://oauth.net) could be
supported?

Thanks for listening.

Mike
