[cpx] RE: [vps3] FW: [IDS-9843139] apache restart

It was Verio's dicision to build the control panel from scratch instead of
using something off the shelf. We waited a long time to get CPX, it was
buggy from the start, development has been painfully slow, and it configures
things so that important services, like Apache, crash.

Your theory may be true, and I hope it helps them work it out.

One theory might be that since the VPS3 is faster it can process all
those Apache restart requests "more simultaneously" and hence more likely to
cause a problem...
