Hi

It's that time of year again and I never found a solution.

Client has email address Andy@xxxxxxxxxx, userid andy
Autoresponder works

Client has email address fred.smith@domaincom and userid domain01
Autoresponder doesn't work

Client cannot have userid fred.smith

How can he set an autoresponder using the ControlPanel?
I guess he can't

So how can I set it up for him?
