	I think it's been that way for a while but I'm not positive.  We
don't use SA or ClamAV at the user level (we run ClamAV at the server
level) so it would be nice to be able to not offer those options at all,
so users won't turn them on.  The only real "fix" for cleaning out the
old spam is to use something like archmbox to delete mail from users'
spam folders after "n" days.
