Oh ok I see. His answer confused me.
I thought he was indicating it should be lower case and I didn't know how he could make it work for him if I hadn't told him the domain.

Unfortunately I'm not sure I would spot a problem in th config since I haven't spent much time with it. Someone is taking a look at it off list.
