[cpx] Possible Bug - Multiple Attachments

Hello,

I think one of my CPX users has found a bug.  She was using the CPX Mail 
program and attempted to forward a message that has 3 attachments, 
however, when I received the message it only contained one attachment.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
