I am sure that is the problem. Since I gave the domain admin 1500 MB limit
and each user 500 and the fourth user is where it fails.

This is for an engineering firm and I am setting up very large disk quotas
because they often need to send very large files. I was turning on File
Manager for each user and wanted each quota to be high for that reason also.

For the development team I second Jim's comment on the user quota for users
and domain admins.

I guess I will have to rethink how we will handle large files.

I ran into this problem as well and discovered that the "Domain Admin" had
to have its "User Disk Space" increased to allow for more users. Example: if
Domain Admin has a 100MB limit and he creates 10 users with 10MB each then
the 11th one won't take. It would be easier to figure that out if you were
sent to an error page telling you the User Space has been exceeded. Anyway,
when I increased the Disk Space that problem went away.

I think it would be nice if the Domain Admin would work such that if you set
the limit to 100MB he can still create multiple users that the limits could
exceed that amount for setup. Example: he could create 20 users with 10MB
each limit, and then each user would have a limit of 10MB but the domain as
a whole could not exceed the 100MB limit, so if 10 users maxed out their
quota of 10MB then the domain max of 100MB would be reached as a cap. Does
that make sense?

A new bug:

Following the same procedure I just ran into this: I clicked "Save/Create
Another" and was redirected back to the screen where I have the form filed
to change the email address. I had already filled this in and didn't
understand why I was directed back here. I clicked cancel and started
looking at users and Email Addresses. The user was not created, but the
email address was.

This is a brand new VPS with CPX installed from the start. So there is a
bug, but I don't know what it is exactly. I am going to try and continue
adding users, if anyone from development would like to see and test what is
going on I am glad to cooperate, or keep a log of it.

Correction: It does create the email address, it creates both of them - a
big time saver.

May I suggest that the Preview page list the Alias Email Address as well?

CPX Bug

I just ran into what I think is a bug in CPX.

A company orders a new VPSv2 and has two domain names. Most users have an
email address at each domain. Some only one or the other, so I figure I will
carry over the way the users are setup on the VPS they have currently which
is this:

Full Name: Joe Smith
Login ID: d1jsmith
Email: jsmith@xxxxxxxxxxx

Full Name: Joe Smith
Login ID: d2jsmith
Email: jsmith@xxxxxxxxxxx

In CPX I get the first user info setup and the final screen offers the email
address field in a form box with a default set:

BOX: d1jsmith THEN: @domain1.com

Since the box is a form box, I figure I will edit it to be "jsmith" so my
work will be done, but on the next page it lists the account to save with
the email address d1jsmith@xxxxxxxxxxxx

No big deal I will add jsmith@xxxxxxxxxxx as an "Email Address" no problem,
but why offer the box to change it if I can't change it? If I were not
already suspicious of CPX (note all of the problems I have had in the past)
I might not have read that last page carefully enough to spot that.
