Somewhat related to this issue I guess: I found a file buried in 
Urchin5 on one of my VPS2's recently, and it was named something like 
verio_freebsd.license (or something like that, I'm not concerned 
enough to go back and look for it again). That's something else 
though that anyone concerned about this may want to look into.
