[cpx] vsapd errors

Apologies if this has been answered before, but I haven't found anything in
searches of the list.

I'm seeing a lot of vsapd errors in our logs when users access CPX web mail.
All the abnormal terminations also seem to be reponsible for the
segmentation fault errors appearing everywhere.

Errors occur in send.pm, options.pm, date.pm and messages.pm and include:

Install went fine, ClamAV, Spamassassin... everything works like a dream
