[cpx] Bug? Safari browser issue

Hi

I just installed CPX and started testing it. I use a Mac with OS X 10.3.4
and Safari (v125.7) for a browser.

When adding a domain admin and domain, the new user does not show up in the
user list. When I login using Firefox or IE (Mac) I have no problems. Also,
when logging out and trying to login with main user or new user, I get an
error. Eventually the new user showed up.
