[cpx] new installer instructions

New simplified installer instructions can now be found on the mail CPX
mailing list page:

  <http://groupmail.org/lists/cpx/>

Future installer update notices will simply include a link to this
page. To verify you have the latest installer, follow the download
instructions (via 'wget') on this page, then use the 'md5' program to
compare:

    # mv cpx.install cpx.install.old
    # wget http://groupmail.org/lists/cpx/cpx.install
    # md5 cpx.install.old cpx.install

If the files are identical, the signatures will also be identical.
