Actually I think it is irrelevant.  The problem is that my question does 
not fit the context of CPX.  It does not really have to do with admins, 
users, or the domain as a combined virtualhost entry and sendmail entry. 
The question was one of having to add a domain but have the domain use 
the VirtualHost directive of another domain (via additional ServerAlias 
directives).  It seems irrelevant because it is not that big a deal to 
have an independent VirtualHost directive for each domain rather than 
share via the ServerAlias directives.  The new domain will just use 
the same DocumentRoot directory and same domain admin and the remaining 
VirtualHost configurations the same.  So this is probably all a bunch of 
wasted bits.  Thanks though.
