[cpx] CPX Upgraded, folder display issues

On two of our VPS3 BSD servers we've noticed that under the Folder Management button folders are no longer listed. Normally the In, Trash, and other folders are listed with each displaying the number of messages, the size, etc. Anyone else seeing this issue? I'm thinking this occurred after the most recent CPX update.
