Re: [cpx] cpx address book



that's what I was afraid of. I have not retrieved files off tape before. is there still a charge to get the files from tape? do you know the specific file that I'll need to request from backup for the address book? I think the command I must use is "getback" but I cannot find any documentation on it.

I have seen the same behavior on FTP files coming over as 0 bytes when the disk quota is reached, so I suspect that's exactly what happened. You may have to have Verio look at tape backups to retrieve if possible.
