	Did you try restarting the VPS?  I added a new domain and users
this morning and didn't notice slowness.  Then again it was on an MPS,
on which it is sort of difficult to notice slowness.  :)  But, we had a
server yesterday where CPX was unreachable (error browsing to
/ControlPanel) until the server (and more specifically, I assume, vsapd
and/or Apache) was restarted.
