[cpx] WebMail imap bug?

A client was using CPX WebMail (VPS3). I suspect he checked his mail, did a few things, etc. He exited the control panel. However, there are still repeated imap requests being generated from someplace, and in addition, he is unable to POP his mail box using MS Outlook express at home. I do not have the specific error yet. Nothing changed with his email configuration, other than using CPX.

Note a cluster of 3 login/logouts, and then a 30-60 pause (about) and another cluster...

If these are happening this frequently, I assume he might not be able to POP his mail box because it appears busy? ...

In any case, he has excited CPX completely, and I'm sure these requests are not coming from him... He's on a dialup and doesn't check mail that often, and doesn't run Outlook checking every N minutes...

First, what's going on with CPX?

Second, how can I fix it?

I used a big hammer and rebooted the server... the imapd checks are gone, and I'm waiting for him to try and POP his mail...

Any thoughts?

Bill
