Ghislain,

As another list contributor mentioned, my guess is that there is an
e-mail message that has some malformed HTML that the scrubber is not
very happy about.  If you can, isolate the message and move it to 
another folder, then e-mail support about it.  They'll then send it
to the QA group who will attempt to make a generic failure case for
it and then send that along to apps dev (me).
