[cpx] Unknow .htaccess fime in Mail folders

Hi:

In a small number of user "/home/USER/Mail" directories I find a 
.htaccess file with the following contents:
<Limit GET POST DELETE PUT>
deny from all
</Limit>
I think these are accounts moved from VPS1s that were using Imanger. I 
can't see any need for these access files under CPX and since they show 
up in the users "Folders" list I'm inclined to delete them. Does anyone 
know a reason why I should not?
