[cpx] CPX - Empty Quarantine, Junk and Trash

I was wondering if it is possible to allow the Quarantine, Junk and Trash
folders to act like one of the following:

Collect a certain number of items (delete oldest first)
Collect a certain amount (in MB) (delete oldest first)
Use a % of user quota
Store items for certain number of days

Or other ways of keeping these folders from needing to be maintained and
have this configurable within CPX by the user, and have it set by default.
