[cpx] Login bug

	Is it just me or is it not possible to log in from the "Invalid user ID or password" screen?  I can back up (via Back button) and log in as the
same user from the login screen or the "You have successfully logged out"
screen.  Even the server admin can't log on once an invalid password has
been entered.
