[cpx] Instal on existing VPS2

Hi:

Just double checking. Is it the consensus that we should add a symlink 
of the form
"home/domain/www/domain.com => home/domain/www/htdocs"
before installing cpx on an existing VPS2 (assuming configuration uses 
htdocs for doc root)?
And doing that plus observing the caveats about having catch-alls etc. 
yields a high likelihood for success?
