[cpx] CPX bug

I have this bug that tech support is working on, but I thought I would try
here as well.

New VPS2 Pro with CPX.
>From the Admin account I added a domain user with the ability to add 5 users
and 5 email accounts.
Logout - Login as the domain user and created 4 users.
Tried to create an email account (Alias) and found with the domain user
email account I was at 5 already.

Point of order - I thought that 5 users and 5 email accounts might be
different things - they are not it seems.

Logout - Login as Admin user.
Change the domain user to be able to add 10 and 10 users and email accounts.
Logout - Login as the domain user.
Now I can't add anything at all.

Anyone else ever get this?
