[cpx] Properties for a User shows Different User

I was wondering, if it has been looked at, but when I click the
properties for a user as an account manager, I see the user id of a
different user then the one I chose. All the users I select have the
same user id. I talked with Bruce a little about this, but it still has
not been fixed.
