[cpx] ControlPanel - SpamAssassin

The new CPX looks great.  Many thanks to all those who had a hand in its 
creation.  One problem I had was the installation reverted SpamAssassin from 
version 3.0.1 to 2.63.  I know there might be a few issues in upgrading 
people to 3.0.1 (bayes db format, AWL, Perl modules, etc.) but are there 
plans to upgrade the vinstall/CPX to version 3.0.1?  CPAN and the ports 
collection currently install 3.0.1.
